Everything Control does, from the PDF to the last Pix
Every step of the way, explained calmly and shown on a screen much like the app's. Pick where to start.
Quote versions and attachmentsPlan Pro
Send the quote the way you already do, as a PDF. Scope changed? Upload the new version: the client always sees the latest one and the history stays on file.
- Attach the PDF you already use, nothing to redo
- Version 2, 3, 4… each with its date and author
- The acceptance is tied to the version the client read
On Free: 1 PDF per quote. Unlimited versions and attachments are on Pro.
On the quote screen, the file proposta-aurora-v2.pdf finishes uploading and becomes version 2, marked as current. Version 1 stays in the history right below.
Optional items
Offer extras without building another quote. The client ticks what they want, unticks what they don't, and the total adjusts right away.
- Base price plus extras, each with code, hours and price
- The accepted total already adds up the ticked items
- Add an extra after acceptance, with its own installment
On the phone, the client ticks Brand guidelines and Stationery, then unticks the guidelines. The total goes from R$ 4,800.00 to R$ 5,400.00.
Online acceptance and client portal
Your client decides from their phone, nothing to install. You hear about it right away and never have to ask “so, are we on?” again.
- Accept or decline with one tap, with a comment if they want
- The client's quotes, PDFs and installments in one portal
- An email to you as soon as they decide
On the phone, Marina taps Accept quote. The status changes to Accepted and, beside it, the notice arrives: Marina accepted version 2.
Public link, no login
Client doesn't want an account? Create a link and send it on WhatsApp. They open it, read the PDF and reply, no password at all.
- A ready message to paste into the chat
- The client accepts or declines with just their name
- Revoke the link whenever you want
Control creates the public link with a ready message. You copy it, paste it into the chat with Marina and she replies that she has opened it.
Installments and Pix copy-paste
Agree on the deposit and installments once and forget the spreadsheet. Every installment carries its Pix code, so the client pays in seconds.
- Deposit, balance or monthly installments, each with a due date
- A Pix copy-paste code on every installment
- A recorded payment becomes an email confirmation for the client
In the portal, the deposit shows as paid. The client opens installment 2, R$ 1,600.00, and copies the Pix code.
Automatic reminders and follow-upsPlan Pro
No more “hey, did you get a chance to look?”. If the client goes quiet, Control asks for an answer for you; when an installment is coming up, the reminder goes out on its own.
- A follow-up when a quote gets no answer
- Reminders 3 days before, on the day and 3 days after the due date
- Running late? You get notified too
The quote's email timeline: sent, a follow-up after 3 days without an answer, acceptance, a reminder three days before installment 2 is due, and the payment receipt.
Delivery milestones
Acceptance is just the start. Split the project into stages and the client follows every delivery in the portal, without having to ask how it's going.
- Stages with deadlines, from briefing to final delivery
- The client follows every milestone in the portal
- Mark a delivery and the progress updates
The Café Aurora project has four stages. Briefing and Logo concepts are delivered, the bar reaches 50% and Refinement moves to in progress.
Financial dashboard
Know in ten seconds what came in, what's left and who's late. No spreadsheet to open, no bank statement to add up.
- Receivable, received this month and overdue right at the top
- A month-by-month chart of what came in
- Click a number to see the installments behind it
The dashboard shows R$ 12,400 receivable, R$ 6,350 received this month and R$ 1,600 overdue, with a chart of the last six months.
Team and permissionsPlan Pro
Bring in the people you work with without opening everything to everyone. Client by client, you choose who has access, who edits and who sees amounts.
- Email invites, no shared passwords
- Per-client permissions: access, can edit, sees financials
- Deactivate someone and their access is gone right away
On Free: only the owner uses the account, no team.
On collaborator Lucas Prado's page, permissions are switched on one by one: Café Aurora fully open, Estúdio Norte without financials and Livraria Ponto with no access.
XLSX export and accountant reportPlan Pro
Closing the month becomes a one-click job. Download everything as a spreadsheet or let Control send the payments straight to your accountant.
- Quotes, installments, payments and a monthly summary
- Filter by period and by client
- Every 3rd, last month's report by email, spreadsheet attached
The Excel spreadsheet opens with the Quotes, Installments, Payments and Summary tabs, and September's rows fill in. Then the September report is sent to the accountant.
Your logo and colors in the portalPlan Pro
Clients see your studio, not ours. Add your logo and your color, and the portal and emails go out looking like you.
- Your logo in the portal and in emails
- Your color on buttons and highlights
- No “Made with Control” in the footer
On Free: “Made with Control” on the portal and emails.
In settings, you pick the Lume Estúdio logo and a blue color. In the client portal, the Control logo gives way to yours, the button turns blue and “Made with Control” disappears.
Two-step verification
Even if someone finds out your password, they can't get in. A code from an authenticator app protects your data and your clients'.
- Works with the most popular authenticator apps
- Available to everyone and recommended for admins
- Lost your phone? The account admin resets the code
In the security settings, you type the code 482 913 shown in the authenticator app, digit by digit, and two-step verification is turned on.
